It is hot!!! Really hot and sticky! My kids can't bear stay inside and because we took a break from the cottage, I had to come up with a few outdoors activities to keep them amuzed. A blog friend, Little Messy Missy, just came up with an exciting project -  a bookmark swap! The rules are: it has to be handmade and mixed media (am I right, my friend?!) When I was pregnant with my son, I decided to start a project where I could represent two siblings love, the beauty of nature and family. ntagMy obsession for vintage items makes me go a long way. Lately, I have decided to alter a few items to give a personal look to them. This is an antique doll's dress where I added a vintage photo, buttons and laces. The photo was printed on a special fabric that goes in the ink-jet, allowing it to be sewn on the dress.
